Event Details:

We know that most pruning is performed before the end of October. It doesn't have to be, in fact the dormant season is probably the best time to prune your trees and shrubs for health and to reduce them.

Bad pruning is worse than no pruning and that's why you should learn the basics of how to prune properly. Thinning and Reduction pruning is partially art and partially science. Conrad Decker will share his knowledge of pruning and help each guest with any questions they have.

You will leave this event with a new found understanding of trees and shrubs!

If your primary concern is pruning hydrangeas (it usually is during this event), review our column on How To Prune Hydrangeas because they should be pruned prior to this event.

Stay Tuned for other events through Winter. Visit our website often and see our Event Calendar for future dates.
